Rates

Accommodation only. From £60 per night.

Two nights minimum.

Available to rent on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Crabapple cottage will have the following food for your stay: muesli, fruit, tea, coffee, milk.

Please let me know about any milk alternatives before your stay to allow me time to provide for them.

Sleeps 2 people.

Suitable for children, a travel cot is available on request.

We reserve the right to make additional charges for peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Bonfire Night and special events held in Lewes.
 

Payments

Payments can be made online, by cheque or cash.

A 50% non-refundable deposit needs to be paid to reserve your accommodation. Full balance is required upon arrival

Services 
Car parking available for dropping off or collecting luggage. Parking in nearby car park or on road.   

Terms and Conditions
On the day of departure you are requested to vacate your room by 11am  or during term time you may need to leave by 9am on weekdays. Check in from after 2pm. 

We reserve the right to make a charge for items that go missing or are broken.

As the cabin is used as a nursery school during the week there may be visible paint or felt tip stains.

Toys have been left on shelves which your children are welcome to use. Please ensure you replace them as you found them, thank you.

Personal Property

Your personal property is left entirely at your risk. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

​Lost Keys
​The cost of replacing keys lost by Guests is charged at £20.00.

​Free WiFi

Guests are welcome to use the free wireless broadband service we provide, but we will not be held responsible for any loss of service or damage to guest computer data.

Non smoking property.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
